HR Employment Bureau are currently organised and driven Warehouse Planner/Administrator to join your clients growing team in Redditch. 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday - Office based role. This is a varied role where you will be supporting the operations team with any tasks needed - such as: * Placing customer orders on WMS * Dispatching orders on the system * Closing out job files by obtaining POD and any other required information * Running reports from the system as required by customers and management * Ensuring paperwork is archived accurately and in a timely manner * Updating files on the common drive when necessary * Undertaking system checks as required * Attending training on new processes and procedures * Stocktaking as required * Reporting any issues, accidents or incidents in accordance with procedures * Housekeeping duties in the office/general tidying * Carrying out duties as instructed If this role sounds perfect for you, please apply now
