What you'll be doing...
As a chef, you’ll play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities may include:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
* Following menu guidelines and recipes accurately
* Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
* Managing your own station and assisting the wider team when needed
* Maintaining stock levels and helping with prep work
* Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver efficient service
* Keeping calm and organised during busy service periods

What we're looking for...
* Previous experience working as a Chef (Chef de Partie, Sous, or similar)
* Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* A positive, team-focused attitude
* Reliability — turning up ready to go when it matters
* Passion for cooking and high-quality food
