The Role To manage all orders by updating schedule dates. Gather information daily, by reports and shipping information, ensuring accurate date is entered into Oracle to support customer orders. Liaise with planners to determine the correct Lead time date for Products. Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage all orders by updating schedule dates Allocate orders in conjunction with planning to ensure supply and availability. Create and communicate accurate schedule and Lead time information via the Lead time report for the Order Management team, Customer Care, Planning and Sales. Receive and resolve email queries from the Order Management team on the availability of products. Communicate any Lead Time changes to internal customer daily. Technical Requirements Computer literate, Oracle Experience, Experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Education and Experience Educated to GCSE/A Level Standard Experience in Data entry Experience in Customer Service Experience in communicating via Telephone/Email/Teams.
