Business development executive / SDR – Fintech & regulated markets
Location: Nottinghamshire (hybrid – 1 day/month onsite)
Salary: £40,000 + uncapped commission

What you’ll be doing
* Research and map out target markets, identifying key decision-makers and influencers
* Initiate and nurture conversations with potential clients via email, phone, and social platforms
* Attend events and networking opportunities to build brand presence and pipeline
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with market needs
* Help create tailored proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients
* Track all activity and progress through the company’s CRM and sales workflows

* Have prior experience in a commercial, B2B sales, or business development role
* Are self-motivated, curious, and comfortable building rapport from scratch
* Enjoy working towards targets and thrive in an energetic, results-focused environment

* Bonus points for experience in financial services, legal tech, or compliance-led industries
