Energy Advisor Role Description:
Since 2023 Ayrshire Housing and Cunninghame Housing Association in a collaborative venture, through Cunninghames social enterprise subsidiary, Citrus Energy, and within their Lemon Aid Team, have been providing an Energy Advice Service to Ayrshire Housing Tenants. This service has been invaluable and since its inception has helped over 500 people to reduce or remove fuel debt, to get back on supply when they have self-disconnected their Gas or Electricity, and to attain fuel vouchers to keep their heating and lighting on.
We are looking to recruit a new Energy Advisor. Based out of Citruss office in Ardrossan, you will provide a first-class service helping Ayrshire Housing Tenants over the phone and in their homes. You will communicate on their behalf with energy suppliers and energy related services to help better their situation.
We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, driven, and flexible to work within our Lemon Aid Team. Full training will be provided, and the successful candidate will be assisted in attaining a recognised City and Guilds qualification. Working at Citrus and within the Cunninghame Housing Association Group you will be provided with the opportunity to develop within a dynamic, customer facing work environment.

Annual Leave:
40 days annual leave for support staff (inclusive of 15 days fixed, public and closure days and 25 bookable days)
