The Role: As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial part in the company's continued expansion by generating high-quality leads and securing meetings for the Account Executive team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Becoming an expert on the company's solutions, target industries, and ideal client profiles. Using a multi-channel outreach strategy-including cold calls, LinkedIn, video messaging, and email-to build a strong pipeline of prospects. Engaging key decision-makers and effectively handling objections. Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to continually improve outreach tactics. Tracking all activity and progress through the company CRM. What We're Looking For: 1-2 years of sales experience in a B2B setting (SDR, recruitment consultant, or similar). Proven ability to generate leads and confidently engage with decision-makers. Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. Highly motivated, target-driven, and hungry to progress. A confident, outgoing personality and a passion for sales. Career Progression: The business is actively investing in internal talent, with clear paths to promotion.
