This role is office based, Bradford or any of our other locations, Monday to Friday core office hours. This is a non management role, we require 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a customer service role for technical support.

About the Role
As an Online Support Consultant, you’ll be part of our Support Services team, delivering first-line support for internal systems and third-party tools with a strong focus on our online and business booking platforms. You'll assist both internal teams and clients, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and maintaining system functionality. You’ll support tools like Lightning, Concur Travel, Evolvi, Umbrella, Sabre GDS, CTM Approve, Hotel Booker, and Conferma—ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and clients are kept informed throughout. This hands-on role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Skills & Experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Experience working in a support or customer service environment.
• Prior experience with Sabre GDS is essential; Concur Travel experience is a plus.
• Comfortable configuring systems and handling multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.
• A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
