Project Quantity Surveyor – Planned Maintenance Location: Redditch, Worcestershire ️ Employer: Leading Tier 1 Property Services Company Type: Full Time | Permanent Salary: Salary up to £70k Car Allowance Package About the Company: We are currently working with a one of the UK’s most established Tier 1 property services companies, recognised for delivering exceptional construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects across public and private sectors. We are looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to play a key commercial role across multiple projects, working within a professional and collaborative team environment based in Redditch. The Role: As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the full commercial lifecycle of projects – from procurement through to final account. You will work closely with operational teams, clients, and the supply chain to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards.
