Customer Service Assistant - Ferndown, Dorset We are recruiting a Customer Service Assistant on a Part-Time, Permanent basis working 5.75 hours per week every Sunday from 10:30am-5pm. The Role The role of Customer Service Assistant is a key part of our Customer Services team; providing valuable service to customers and colleagues. You will be collecting and organising the customer trollies in the car park and around the Garden Centre, assisting customers with their purchases as part of our ‘carry to car’ service, ensuring that the car park is clear of litter and organising the shopping basket availability across all departments to support the customer experience.
