The Role - Implementation Consultant
The role includes all the normal, onboarding, implementation and integration stuff, such as project management, great comms, stakeholder and risk management. It also involves working closely with our Client Success, Science, Product and Product Support teams.
This role will develop your skills as an Implementation professional. From our first moment of contact with prospective or realised clients, we want to offer them a best in class customer experience - in particular, we want to ensure that their journey from prospect through to an active client on the Unmind platform is as seamless and smooth for them as possible.
In this role, you will:
* Support all of the aspects of on-boarding a client, this involves working closely with Client Success/Sales team, Product Support team and Clients ensuring a smooth process in handling successful implementations.
* Liaising with the client, providing support and guidance throughout the documentation completion process to ensure quality and completeness.
* Lead multiple client projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
* Become a technical configurations expert of the Unmind platform to provide technical and build expertise to internal teams and clients throughout the onboarding journey.
* Become the expert in integrating the Unmind platform with HR Systems, SSO, MS teams and Slack.
* Support clients through user acceptance testing and launching.
* Support and monitor the timely and accurate execution of client and internal requests.
* Provide project and implementation status updates to internal teams and to Clients.
* Advise internal stakeholders and clients on emerging issues, troubleshoot problems and collaborate for solutions.
* Maintain data on end to end processes for tracking turnaround times of deliverables from team and clients.
* Keep management informed of any changes to processes and procedures, ensure open verbal dialogue with colleagues.
Skills and Experience

We're looking for people who are:
* Coming from an Implementation, Tech Consulting, Software Delivery or Solutions Consultant background.
* 2-3 years relevant work experience in a small-medium size tech business.
* Passionate about working in a dynamic environment with rapid growth.
* Excellent consulting and relationship skills
* Experience in end to end delivery of technology products using Agile Methodologies and frameworks
* Willingness to learn new systems with the ablility to implement processes and manage projects based on priorities.
* Mapping Roles & Responsibilities, Risks and Dependencies.
* Manage personal workload and priority items and ensure timely escalation of key risks/issues to management.
* Find new concepts easy to understand, and show the resourcefulness to keep asking until clarity is achieved.
* Passionate about mental health, tech-for-good, and generally improving people’s lives.
