In this role, you will work with an established team and receive the training and support needed to succeed. Catering and Nutritional Lead Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including cooking meals, budget responsibility, menu planning, cleaning schedules, and ordering.
2. Ensure all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition, adhering to health and safety and food hygiene standards.
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
4. Collaborate with the team, including nurses and support workers, to complete and review nutritional support plans.
5. Attend relevant training and team meetings as required.
6. Enjoy working with people, be flexible, and a team player.
7. Willingness to learn and develop new skills to enhance the lives of those we support and find job satisfaction.
8. Experience in kitchen management or willingness to learn.
9. Commitment to delivering high-quality service and supporting the aims of the Trust.
10. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
