Overview
Trinity School is recruiting a dynamic and forward-thinking Assistant Director of Sport to lead Girls’ Sport as we move towards full co-education in September 2027. This is an exciting chance to shape the strategic direction of girls’ sport within a thriving, well-resourced department. Recent investment includes refurbished astro facilities and a new dance, spin, and yoga studio, with a brand-new 4-court netball centre starting construction this summer.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Director of Sport to deliver an inclusive, high-quality programme that maintains Trinity’s tradition of sporting excellence.
* Help shape the strategic direction of girls’ sport as the school moves toward full co-education in September 2027.
* Lead the Girls’ Sport portfolio within a thriving, well-resourced department and collaborate with colleagues across the school.
* Take on form tutor responsibilities and other duties as required.
Qualifications
* Candidates should be outstanding coaches in at least one major sport, with high-level playing or coaching experience considered an advantage.
* Experience in girls’ education is welcomed; applications from current Heads of Department or Heads of Major Sports are encouraged.
