Advanced Practitioner - South Advice & Guidance Service
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker / Advanced Practitioner to join our South Advice and Guidance Service. This role is vital in ensuring children and families receive the right support at the right time.

Responsibilities
* Screening all incoming contacts, applying strong analytical and safeguarding skills
* Ensuring robust decision-making that leads to timely and appropriate interventions
* Supporting staff members, including offering guidance to less experienced colleagues
* Dip sampling and quality assurance to maintain high practice standards
* Participating in multi-agency review meetings
* Providing professional advice during drop-in sessions
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
* BSc Social Work or equivalent
* SWE registration
* Strong safeguarding knowledge
* Confident in screening, risk analysis, and threshold decision-making
* Ability to mentor and support others
* Skilled in quality assurance and reflective practice
