SEND EHC Plan Coordinators Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council are currently seeking several EHC Plan Coordinators to join their SEND service. £280-£300 per day (DOE) 6-month contract (likely extension) Full-time Hybrid working - ideally 3 days onsite (flexible 1-2 days considered) The Role You will manage a caseload of children and young people aged 0-25, coordinating the full EHCP process including statutory assessments, annual reviews, and supporting placement decisions in line with individual needs. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate EHCP caseloads (0-25) Undertake statutory assessments and annual reviews Support placement decision-making and multi-agency working Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and SEND processes Key Requirements Proven experience within Local Authority SEND casework (essential) Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and Children and Families Act 2014 Experience managing EHCP assessments and annual reviews Ability to work independently and hit the ground running If you are interested please email me on or call me on 01772 954 200
