My client is seeking a Data & Automation Specialist with strong compliance and governance experience to own the design, development, and continuous enhancement of a strategic internal platform that consolidates employee and technology communication-channel data. Using Microsoft SQL Server, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint, DataIKU, and Python, you will ensure the platform remains reliable, high-performing, and fully aligned with compliance and surveillance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, extend, and maintain the record-keeping platform using SQL, Power Platform, and Python.
2. Build and document APIs; ensure accurate, complete, high-quality data ingestion.
3. Optimise database performance and resolve technical issues.
4. Enhance UI/UX, visualisation, navigation, and role-based access; maintain comprehensive audit trails.
5. Create clear functional and technical documentation and user support materials.
6. Lead the migration from prototype to a robust BAU solution, including change control, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
7. Maintain and prioritise a dynamic backlog; communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
