About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in the classroom. The successful Teaching Assistant may provide general classroom support, assist with small group activities, or work 1:1 with pupils who require additional support.
Job Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant
* Support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
* Work with pupils individually or in small groups to support learning
* Support behaviour management and promote positive conduct
* Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources

Requirements for a Teaching Assistant
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
* Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
