About the Role
My client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead content development, campaign management, and community engagement initiatives for the product management practice. You will play a key role in translating complex product frameworks and initiatives into clear, engaging content that drives understanding, adoption, and participation across diverse audiences, from new joiners to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Development & Storytelling: Create compelling content across multiple formats including articles, case studies, visuals, videos, and explainers that simplify product management frameworks and practices for diverse audiences.
* Product Communications & Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and communications strategies to raise awareness and drive participation for initiatives, events, workshops, and learning programmes.
* Digital Platform Management: Own and maintain digital content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organisational standards, while coordinating with stakeholders to reflect evolving priorities and programmes.
* Community Engagement & Outreach: Design and implement creative initiatives to engage the product management community, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communications support organisational objectives.
* Monitor engagement metrics and provide recommendations for content and campaign improvements.
Key Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, communications, or related roles.
* Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
* Experience creating content across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, and internal communications.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency with content creation, design, and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence, CMS, Miro, Slack, Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, Google Workspace).
* Experience in campaign planning, community engagement, or internal communications is a strong advantage.
* Self-driven, collaborative, and able to take ownership of initiatives from conception to execution.
* Prior experience working in tech companies, SaaS startups/scale-ups, digital agencies, consulting firms with strong digital practices is preferred.
