 
        We’re recruiting for Teaching Assistant Behaviour Mentors, to work with secondary-aged pupils, providing vital support through one-to-one and small group mentoring involving motivating pupils, liaising with parents and SENCos, and supporting vulnerable pupils while promoting positive behaviour and self-efficiency. Behaviour Mentor Benefits: * Flexible working days (No weekends) * Gain valuable experience and make a real impact on the lives of students. * Competitive salary and benefits package Training is included to prepare you for this role Behaviour Mentor Role: * Working with secondary aged pupils * Support and motivate pupils 1:1 and in small group basis * Liaise with parents and SENCos * Monitor behaviour and report pupil progress * Develop lesson plans and strategies to manage behaviour * Meet with pupils to develop action plans and address pastoral concerns * Work with vulnerable pupils in your care * Promoting self-efficiency and empowerment Behaviour Mentor Pay: £13.00 per hour
