About the Role
The successful candidate will teach Science across KS3 & KS4, with the opportunity to deliver a specialist subject at KS5 depending on experience.
Alongside teaching responsibilities, the successful candidate will take on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR), which may involve curriculum development, supporting departmental leadership, mentoring staff, or leading a key area within the Science faculty.
The role will involve:
* Delivering engaging and challenging Science lessons
* Supporting high standards of teaching and learning across the department
* Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development
* Monitoring student progress and supporting strong academic outcomes
* Supporting colleagues and contributing to departmental leadership initiatives
