We’re looking for an Investment Communications Manager to play a key role in developing and delivering high‑quality communications across our workplace investing and responsible investing propositions. Working closely with the Head of Fund Communications, you’ll help create content and reporting that supports fund changes, propositional developments, key projects, and broader fund‑related activity. Key Responsibilities include: Translate complex investment concepts into clear, engaging and audience appropriate communications that support understanding and buy in across all stakeholder groups Plan, schedule and deliver communication activity to agreed timelines, ensuring strong organisation and attention to detail Produce, manage, and deliver annual investment reports, ensuring clear writing, strong organisation, stakeholder management and consistent on time delivery. Maintain, update and enhance the existing investment communication estate, ensuring all materials remain accurate, compliant and well managed within content systems Develop new, high-quality investment collateral to replace outdated materials, ensuring content remains current, relevant and impactful Support the wider investment services team by contributing to a consistent, high-quality suite of investment communications across various channels We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience creating high quality copywriting skills across all media Previous experience in technical copywriting Knowledge of workplace pension schemes, including both trust‑based and contract-based arrangements Strong relationship management and partnering skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and take accountability for your workload The ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively with multiple internal and external audiences Previous experience delivering large‑scale communication projects Awareness of investment markets, funds and fund managers is advantageous What’s in it for you? If you decide to contribute more, we’ll match it up to a combined total of 20% of your salary (that’s 7% from you and 13% from us).
