We are now looking for a General Warehouse Operative with minimum of PPT experience to join our Team at Great Bear Lutterworth MP1on a Full Time and Permanent Position.
Job Description
Shift:Monday-Friday 22:00pm-06:00am.
Salary:£30,679 per annum.
Overtime rates:x1.5 hourly rate for any hours worked over the contracted 37.5 hours per week.
* Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
* Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE
* Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
* Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
* Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
* Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
* Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
* Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
* Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
* Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment
Qualifications
* Minimum of PPT experience is essential for this role.
* Reach Truck or VNA Licence would be advantageous for this position.
* Forklift Licences must be external unless they are a Culina in-house Licence.
* Able to work efficiently in a fast moving environment.
* Expected to operate all MHE required to deliver operational requirements both current and future
* Must possess a reasonable level of verbal & numerical reasoning
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Adaptable approach to training
* Conscientious and reliable
* Good working attitude
