Responsibilities:
1. Exhibit dynamic classroom leadership to ensure high standards of learning and teaching.
2. Oversee departmental monitoring and tracking processes.
3. Ensure accurate and timely implementation of SQA procedures and paperwork.
4. Contribute to the school's delivery on the key drivers and priorities within the National Improvement Framework, including faculty improvement priorities.
Candidate Requirements:
* Confident, articulate, and dynamic with the ability to motivate others and exercise effective classroom leadership.
* Ability to organize work to meet tight deadlines and address the needs of Wallace High's students.
* Possess GTCS registration in a subject relevant to the Social Subjects curriculum.
* Be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children; if shortlisted, you will need to complete verification procedures.
