Office based. Requires at least 1 year, no more than 4 years experience as Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Conveyancing Fee Earner with administrative tasks
* File management
* Diary management
* Arranging appointments
* Opening and closing files
* Liaising with clients and other professionals
* Data processing and management
Requirements
* Good IT skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems
* Knowledge of legal terminology/document formats (training provided)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Professional, discreet, and client-focused
Benefits
* Salary £27,000-£30,000, dependent on experience
