Calling all Approved Electricians in Malvern, Worcester and Droitwich!
We need an experienced Approved Electrician to join our busy Programme team. If you thrive on finding solutions, providing excellent customer service, delivering work right the first time, and enjoy working in a team environment, we would love to hear from you!
What could you be doing?
You will deliver electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance, installation, and compliance work, including Inspection and Testing and completion of EICRs. You will play a key role in delivering refurbished kitchens and bathrooms.
We want somebody who can:
Be a team player, hardworking, eager to learn, with a can-do attitude. Since you'll be working in people's homes, you need to be friendly, approachable, with good communication and customer service skills. You should also be organized and committed to delivering work right the first time.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ Level 3 & City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
* City and Guilds or equivalent in testing and inspection
* 18th Edition regulation
* AM2
* Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
* Experience working in property maintenance for a social Landlord, Housing Association, or Council
* Full driving license
* A DBS check is required as you'll be working in customers' homes.
There is also an opportunity to earn additional income from being on the out-of-hours rota as required.
This role is based in Worcester, Malvern, and Droitwich; candidates should reside nearby.

*The advertised salary is based on a base salary of £38,000 per annum, with average OTE earnings of up to £41,000 per annum achieved from out-of-hours on-call allowance and voluntary overtime. This role requires participation in the out-of-hours rota.
