* Hours of work: 37 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Senior Pastoral Lead to ensure inclusion, behaviour and attendance are coherent and high-quality across the school. The postholder will also provide strategic leadership of student recruitment and transition from Years 6 to 7.
What we are looking for:
* Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics, higher level would be desirable.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development related to safeguarding, inclusion, behaviour, SEND or leadership.
* Experience in pastoral leadership, behaviour, safeguarding or SEND.
* Experience leading teams and improving outcomes for students.
* Knowledge of safeguarding legislation.
* Understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and inclusive teaching.
* Knowledge of behaviour management, restorative and trauma-informed approaches.
* Strong analytical skills for behaviour, attendance and safeguarding data.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of staff development and adult learning.
* Commitment to equity, diversity and student wellbeing.
* Ability to inspire confidence and build strong relationships.
