Working with an award winning and forward-thinking insurance provider specialising in telematics-based insurance solutions for young drivers, we are pleased to be recruiting for a HR Generalist to join an ever growing business. Working from the head office in the Surrey countryside the successful applicant will benefit from an amazing working environment which includes access to the company onsite gym. Due to the location of the office you do need to be a car driver as this is an office based role Monday to Friday. Reporting to Operations Director, you will be supporting HR functions, with a particular focus on recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes. The role involves managing recruitment campaigns, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and current employment legislation. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management. * Coordinate onboarding and induction for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition, whilst working closely with the Office Manager. * Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within Sage HR in line with GDPR. * Support employee relations cases, including note-taking and policy guidance. * Assist with performance management processes and annual reviews. * Respond to HR-related queries from staff and managers, providing timely and accurate advice. * Contribute to HR policy development and process improvements. * Support training coordination and tracking of employee development activities. * Prepare HR reports and metrics for internal use. * Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies. * Collaborate with payroll and finance teams on employee data and changes as required.
