As a Service Maintenance Technician - Build at Tesco, covering Dudley, Lichfield, and Walsall, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores remain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. You will be part of a skilled team responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across various systems and equipment, helping to keep our operations running smoothly.
Your work will directly impact the shopping experience of thousands of customers daily. You will use your technical expertise to identify and resolve issues efficiently, prioritising safety, compliance, and quality.

Responsibilities include:

* Ensuring all Tesco sites are safe and functional for customers and colleagues.

* Participating in local and national meetings, providing input and feedback.
* Supporting KPI delivery through skill application and system use to achieve targets.
* Promoting a diverse and inclusive culture.
Requirements:
* Full driving license
* Health & Safety awareness
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of Office 365
* Completion of relevant technical training modules
* Experience in bricklaying, masonry, roof construction, concrete, groundworks, tiling, plastering, or drywalling
Experience:
* Completion of recognised apprenticeship, improver programme, or trade proficiency test
* Qualifications such as Bricklayer C&G, NVQ, B/TEC ONC/HNC, or equivalent
* Digital confidence in operating mobile devices and business systems
