Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the company’s sales strategy in line with business objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets.
* Monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, estate agents, relocation consultants, and interior designers.
* Act as a trusted advisor, delivering bespoke solutions aligned with luxury service standards.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in residential and corporate relocation markets.
* Develop strategic partnerships to enhance referral networks and inbound business.
* Represent the company at select industry events, networking functions, and luxury trade shows.
* Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
* Ensure sales commitments are operationally feasible and aligned with service capabilities.

Essential Requirements:
* 7+ years of senior sales experience in high-end services (e.g., luxury removals, hospitality, real estate, private client services).
