Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Homes 📍 Bristol

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dual Registered Manager to lead two newly established children’s residential homes in Bristol. Each home is a 2-bed service, offering a rare chance to take full ownership of registration, setup, and long-term success.
This role is ideal for a confident Registered Manager who enjoys shaping new services and leading from the front.
The Role As Dual Registered Manager, you will:
* Take over and complete Ofsted registration for both children’s homes
* Provide overall leadership across two 2-bed residential services
* Recruit, develop, and manage staff teams across both sites
* Ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
* Prepare homes for Ofsted inspections and maintain strong outcomes
* Oversee safeguarding, care planning, and placement stability
* Work closely with senior leadership to embed a positive, therapeutic culture
About You We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience as a Registered Children’s Home Manager
* Is confident managing multiple sites
* Has strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory compliance
* Holds (or is working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
* Is organised, resilient, and child-centred in their approach
