Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently recruiting a dedicated English Teacher to join a school in Rotherham. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, encourage creativity, and support pupils to achieve academic success in English.
Role Overview:
As an English Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons across Key Stages, with experience. You will support pupils in developing reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
As an English Teacher, you will:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and effective English lessons.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Inspire a love of literature, language, and effective communication.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum planning.
* Uphold high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare.
Requirements for English Teacher:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching English at school level is desirable.
* Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
