Overview
Our exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join the First Response Team in the London Borough of Harrow. This ongoing locum role offers a competitive hourly rate of £37.52 alongside excellent flexibility. Based on Station Road, Harrow, core hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times available. What you will do
* Conduct comprehensive assessments for children in need, including child protection, children in care, public law proceedings, and private law cases as directed by the Court
* Manage assessment, planning, monitoring, and review processes for allocated children and families
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard and promote the welfare of children
* Provide timely guidance, support, and intervention to families to achieve positive outcomes
