As a Shift Manager at Joe & The Juice, you will play a vital role in supervising the daily operations of your assigned shift. Your main responsibility is to maintain operational excellence by observing, delegating, and executing daily concept workflow (DCWF), delivering a high degree of guest satisfaction, and supporting the store management team with a people-centric corrective feedback culture and a train-every-day mindset.

Key Responsibilities

* DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to high standards by following the set structure, observing operational gaps based on traffic, delegating tasks, and providing corrective and acknowledging feedback.
* Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee and follow up on checklists to ensure adherence with food & bar safety principles (Pink Standard). Document and report any issues honestly.
* Juicer Training: Conduct planned Juicer training following the mantra: “Knowledge - Training – Practice – Validation” to build skilled and engaged team members.
* Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and address in-store guest feedback professionally.
* Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimize sales performance during shifts, communicate daily targets, and oversee deliveries and related reporting.


Key Performance Indicators

* Operational Requirements: Task-monitoring checklist completion rate
* Guest Experience: Guest feedback ratings (Myli score, App ratings)
* Store Performance: Daily targets, waste register, employee meals, and delivery reporting
