Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Head of Digital to join a fab business based in the West Sussex area. The Head of Digital will be a digital expert as well and having people management experience. The Head of Digital will be part of the Marketing division adding value and strategically heading up the Digital side of the business, developing and executing the digital strategy to deliver business growth.
Location: Hybrid working - 2 days office based
Hours: 35 hour working week
Head of Digital duties:
Develop and execute successful digital strategies
Review and manage the optimisation of the digital platforms and UX, through continuous testing and improvement
Monitor and analyse the digital marketing KPIs
Work closely with the stakeholders in developing the digital strategy
Manage the digital budget and monitor against the digital roadmap and marketing strategy
Oversee the analysis of all relevant data to provide actionable insights
Manage key agency relationships
Lead and manage the digital teamSkills and experience:
Proven experience of working in a similar Head of Digital - Senior Digital type role with people management skills
Digital experience of SEO, PPC, multiple websites, apps, and analytics platforms
UX principles, A/B testing, and website optimisation skills
Excellent communication and budget management experience
