This is a rare opportunity to join a founder-led organisation that has disrupted a traditional area of the legal market and built an outstanding reputation for delivering specialist outsourced solutions to conveyancing firms across England and Wales. Already working with a diverse client base ranging from independent practices to Top 50 law firms, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is seeking a commercially driven sales leader to help shape its future. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the founders and working closely with the wider leadership team, this is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll take ownership of the commercial agenda, leading business development activity, driving account growth, refining pricing strategies and acting as a recognised ambassador within the conveyancing sector. Initially, this is a senior individual contributor role, suited to someone who enjoys being at the forefront of winning business and building relationships. As the business continues to scale, there will be the opportunity to build and lead a small sales function. What You'll Be Responsible For Commercial Growth & Sales Leadership Developing and delivering the commercial growth strategy. Driving new business opportunities across the conveyancing and residential legal services market. Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close. Identifying opportunities for account growth and strengthening existing client relationships. Delivering against agreed revenue, conversion and retention targets. Building robust forecasting and pipeline management processes. Pricing & Commercial Development Reviewing and evolving pricing models to better reflect the value delivered to clients. Introducing innovative commercial approaches, including retainer, subscription and enterprise-style arrangements. Developing sales playbooks, pricing frameworks and commercial governance processes. Supporting the founders with strategic commercial decision-making. Market Presence & Industry Relationships Acting as a visible representative of the business within the conveyancing market. Building relationships with Managing Partners, Heads of Conveyancing, Operations Directors and senior decision-makers. Representing the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities. Developing strategic partnerships across the wider legal and property ecosystem. Marketing & Demand Generation Collaborating closely with external marketing partners to support campaigns and lead generation initiatives. Providing market insight to shape messaging and targeting strategies. Ensuring effective follow-up and conversion of marketing-generated opportunities. Systems & Reporting Taking ownership of CRM processes and pipeline reporting. Monitoring sales performance, forecasting and commercial metrics. Producing meaningful reports and dashboards for the leadership team. Driving continuous improvement in sales processes and operational effectiveness. About You We are keen to speak with commercially minded individuals who can demonstrate: A proven track record of success selling into the UK conveyancing or residential legal services market. An established network of senior contacts within the conveyancing sector. Experience developing and executing successful business development strategies. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. Experience refining pricing models and commercial propositions. A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for driving growth. Confidence operating within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Desirable Experience Experience within legal services, conveyancing, title investigation or legal operations. Exposure to outsourced or managed service solutions. Previous experience mentoring or developing sales teams. Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools. Why Apply?
