Recruitment and Onboarding Team Leader
This is working within a large business based in Birmingham City Centre and they are searching for someone who can effectively lead a team.It is essential to have previous experience in a team leader or manager position in a professional service or corporate environment. Is would be ideal to have previous HR systems, policies and processes experience but this part is not essential.Key Responsibilities:•Leading, coaching and developing a team of Administrators •Collaborating effectively with fellow Team Leaders across the business •Delegating workloads and supporting the team with prioritisation •Producing weekly operational reports for the business and People Team •Ensuring timely and seamless onboarding for new employees •Maintaining accuracy when adding early careers populations to internal systems •Conducting data quality checks and offering real-time, constructive feedback •Coaching and upskilling team members to deliver a customer-centric service •Managing and investigating issues and resolving queries as neededPlease contact your consultant directly if you are already registered with Katie Bard.
