About the RoleRESPONSIBILITES:
•Complete all duties in accordance with the requirements of the WysePower operating procedure and Health & Safety Policy
•Carry out all aspects of Contract Management for a number of allocated contracts from initial enquiry to final account and ensure that margins are maximised.
•Prepare specifications and quotations from customer enquiries
•Ensure works are completed to programme, within budget and payments received
•Ensure all sites are compliant with NICEIC requirements including the management of periodic testing requirements.
MAIN TASKS:
•Procurement of labour, materials and plant to complete site based activities
•Preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
•Actively seek and follow-up sales opportunities and carry out sales visits
•Contract management and value engineering of projects to maximise margins
•Promotion and implementation of operative incentive scheme
•Provide continuous power loads and lighting level data on existing projects and utilise information for future projects
•Regular site visits / inspections
•Work allocation of operatives and their general day to day running
•Control of depot held stock.
•Prepare and submit tenders in line with the specification of the client and the technical expertise of WysePower
•Maintain and take ownership of NICEIC accreditation and requirements.
•Any other ad hoc duties as required
