The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of tender submissions and pre-construction activities, ensuring competitive, accurate, and commercially robust proposals are produced. Key responsibilities will include: Preparing detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender submissions. Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate pricing strategies. Managing the tender process from initial enquiry through to submission and contract award.
