The ideal candidate will provide high-quality and comprehensive administrative support for applicants throughout the recruitment and selection process.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly, meeting all necessary KPIs and compliance standards.
We are a Hybrid working team, the successful candidate will be required to work onsite at Lakeview House, Bedford 5 days per week until probation completion.
Following this you will be able to work from home for 2 days per week.
Main duties of the job
To provide high quality and comprehensive administrative functions to support the recruitment and selection process, offering guidance, and advice. Delivering to required personal and Team KPIs.
This is a new role to the trust and will be supported by the growing resourcing and talent acquisition teams. Along with concurrent development and digitilisation projects in providing a gold standard to the Trust and supporting the wider objectives of facilitating safe and fast recruitment processes.
