Overview:
HSBC are currently searching for an experienced Change Manager to support a high-impact Financial Crime Transformation Programme within a leading Commercial Bank. This role is pivotal in driving change across business units, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and controls aimed at enhancing financial crime prevention capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Defined Change Portfolio / Value Stream delivery
* Support Business & Technology Leads with prioritisation and roadmap for delivery
* Responsible for business change delivery plan for commercialisation with Markets (incl. market run ahead activities, Change & Implementation, Market Activation engagement etc)
* Proactively identify, manage and control delivery risks across the portfolio
* Acting as the key escalation point within the portfolio for high-impact risks, issues, blockers and dependencies
* Responsible for budgeting and financial management
* Support detailed business case definition, and business change cost estimates
* Identify and manage dependencies with Group Platforms, Market Teams and other delivery Portfolios, actively problem solve and generate options for resolution to keep delivery at pace
* Leading adoption and continuous improvement of Agile Ways of Operating across the portfolio through coaching and driving empowerment from Change Leadership
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous HSBC experience required
* Proven experience as a Change Manager within financial services, ideally in Commercial Banking.
* Strong understanding of Financial Crime (AML, KYC, Sanctions, Fraud) and related regulatory requirements.
* Demonstrated success in delivering change within transformation programmes.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with change management methodologies
