Newstaff Employment Services is currently seeking a motivated Factory Labourer for our Flitwick location. This position is essential for maintaining our production lines and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities
* Perform general labor tasks to support various manufacturing processes.
* Assist in the assembly, packaging, and quality control of products.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
* Adhere to instructions provided by supervisors and contribute to team efforts.
* Monitor equipment functionality and report any defects or issues.
* Participate in training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a factory labourer is an advantage.
* Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
