The Service Centre Supervisor will be responsible for positively representing the brands of Rab and Lowe Alpine through the Rab Wash service and the goods in and out handling process. This role requires working independently to deliver excellent levels of end consumer B2C customer satisfaction. The position is based at Winnington Business Park, Northwich, and involves overseeing the goods in and out process for warranty, repair, down wash, and B2C transactions.
