11. Role: Night Care Assistant
12. Hours: 18 hours per week - 2x shifts per week (9pm-7am)
Includes alternate weekends
13. Salary: £14.26 per hour
14. Location: Hughenden Gardens Village, Hughenden Boulevard, High Wycombe, HP13 5GA
As a Night Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
15. Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
16. Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
17. Encourage independence and self-belief
18. Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
19. Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
20. Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
21. Passionate about delivering a quality care service
22. Flexible with hours.
