About the Role: Our client is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to strengthen their engineering team. You will report directly to the Civil Regional Discipline Lead and provide high‑quality engineering design services to minimise risk and maximise value on turnkey and engineering services contracts. Your role will involve co‑ordinating designs, producing design documents and drawings, and ensuring all work adheres to health and safety requirements, specifications, and standards.

Location: UK (varied projects across the UK and internationally)

Role Overview: The company is seeking a Senior Civil Water Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team on water and wastewater engineering projects. This contract position offers responsibility for technical design, project delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, and mentoring of junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the delivery of technical design work for water and wastewater treatment, storage, supply, and collection systems, ensuring compliance with relevant design standards and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage civil engineering projects from pre‑construction through to completion.

Senior Consultant – Structure Design Engineer (A400M)

Job Description:

* Provide comprehensive Wing Engineering support as part of the overall Wing Design Organization.
* Provide reactive support for A400M daily in‑service repairs and ensure adherence to aeroplane Design Organisation Approval (DOA) requirements and export control regulations.
* Manage modification processes through Decision Gates (DG) including Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR).
* Collaborate closely with the offshore engineering team.
* Lead and support the structural design and development of primary aerospace wing components.
* Review and validate design outputs such as 3D models, 2D drawings, and Bill of Material.
* Provide technical expertise on structures, materials, stress sizing, manufacturing considerations, and certification constraints.
* Support digital continuity initiatives and continuous improvement in design and communication processes.

Skillset:

* Understanding of aerospace design principles and airworthiness requirements.
* Knowledge of metallic and composite design principles.
* Experience using DocMaster, Airnavx, etc.
* Valid training certificates in VPM and PASS SSI.
