Job Title: Teaching Assistant Level 3 | Location: Southampton, Hampshire | School: Primary School | Contract Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday | Salary: £85-£120 per day | Start Date: ASAP
Are you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant seeking a new opportunity in Southampton? We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team at a reputable primary school in Southampton as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and implementation of tailored learning programs
* Support small group activities, ensuring all students can actively participate
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as Teaching Assistant or Early Childhood Education
* Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
* In-depth knowledge of various learning difficulties and strategies to address individual needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
* Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
* A commitment to promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment
