A design-led, high-growth wellness brand redefining modern consumer habits. Since launching in the UK, the business has scaled rapidly across the US, with strong traction across both retail and DTC. Backed by significant recent funding, they’re now entering a critical phase of global expansion — with creative at the centre of it all.
The Role
They’re hiring a Senior Global Creative Lead to take full ownership of the brand’s creative output globally. This person will lead across everything — packaging, campaigns, digital, brand world — while managing and developing an in-house team.
It’s a true hybrid role:
* Leading a small but growing creative team
* Staying hands-on, especially in the first 6–8 months
* Running shoots, shaping campaigns and elevating the brand
* Bringing structure, process and pace to how the team operates
* Working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
This is a key hire — someone who can bring clarity, leadership and creative direction at a pivotal moment.
The Person
They’re looking for someone who combines creative instinct with commercial awareness.
* Background in DTC, beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands - beauty really appealing
* Comfortable being both hands-on and strategic
* Strong eye for design, culture and brand storytelling
* Experience building or evolving creative teams
* Confident working closely with founders
US or global experience is a bonus, but mindset and pace are key.
