Job Title: MIG Welder
Our popular and expanding client based in Halesfield is looking for a full-time, temporary-to-permanent MIG welder to join their team. They are a solid business that focuses on progression and opportunities for all staff.
Responsibilities:
* Welding products as per drawings and specifications.
* Occasional production welding on higher volume, larger items following instructions.
* Maintaining your workstation and surrounding areas.
* Ensuring products are finished to a high standard and quality checked before dispatch.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in MIG welding.
* Ability to read drawings.
* Ability to work efficiently during production.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Quick decision-making skills.
* Team player.
Hours:
2pm – 11pm, Monday – Thursday
Salary: £12.21 per hour, increasing to £14.00 per hour after passing a three-month probation.
