- 1700 Mon to Fri NMW age dependent up to £12.21ph Regular weekend working during Race Season with time off in lieu Regular Travel across the UK and abroad Permanent role Due to new and exciting developments in 2026, our client now have an opportunity for a Trainee Tyre Fitter to join their team in Daventry.
The candidate will be responsible for fitting tyres under time pressures dictated by the site locations, which will include race tracks across the UK and abroad.
If you are a good communicator, able to work effectively as part of a team and independently, listen to and act upon complex instructions, comply with strict health and safety requirements, and ensure that timescales are met, then you may be the person they are looking for.
Responsibilities: Loading tyres and equipment ready for race events Build-up and break-down of equipment and structures Tyre fitting of race tyres at race events and in the workshop Communicating with customers The ideal candidate will be: Able to travel in the UK and abroad Able to work weekends Desirables: Experience in tyre fitting and balancing A passion for motorsport We also welcome applications from experienced Tyre Fitters who are looking for a fresh, exiting opportunity.
