WHAT TO EXPECT
As a Project Analyst, you will be based onsite at our DC1 Minworth packing plant, working five days a week. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in coordinating the timing of part changes within KD Imports and Exports Operations, seamless implementation and alignment of inventory to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
Your first line of reporting will be to the BoM & Engineering Change Supervisor, where you will support the execution of change control activities and help safeguard operational stability.
1. Engineering Change Management: Lead timelines for part changes, proactively identifying and mitigating material obsolescence risks.
2. Change Control Execution: Oversee daily change control processes to maintain the integrity of the DC1 build plan.
3. Precision Implementation: Ensure running and fixed-point changes are executed efficiently, meeting targets for obsolescence, cost, and delivery.
4. Cross-Functional Support: Contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

5. Experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
6. Hands on experience with SAP, including usage and/or implementations.
7. Strong understanding of automotive supply chains and material flow principles.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, with the ability to accurately analyse and manage data.
9. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills
