Production Kitchen Supervisor (Sauce Kettles) – Derby Salary : Depending on Experience Can be full or part time hours About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on Production Kitchen Supervisor to join our growing team in Derby. You’ll be responsible for cooking sauces in industrial kettles and managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient production. What You’ll Do: * Operate sauce kettles/jacketed kettles for large-batch cooking * Oversee daily production schedules and kitchen staff * Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards * Monitor stock, quality, and workflow to keep everything on track What We’re Looking For: * Experience using industrial cooking kettles (sauces, soups, ready meals, etc.) * Background in food production / catering / manufacturing * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Knowledge of food hygiene & HACCP Location: Derby Full-time | Competitive pay | Growing food company
