The Opportunity
Capio is partnering with a leading conveyancing firm to recruit a Remortgage Case Manager. The firm is recognised for its high-quality client service, innovative approach to conveyancing, and excellent culture.
You will manage your own remortgage caseload from instruction to completion. You will handle complex legal elements, maintain strong client communication, and support the team where needed. There is the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to process improvements across the department.
Responsibilities
* Manage a high-volume remortgage caseload independently
* Provide exceptional client service to customers and introducers
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
* Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and telephone notes
* Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
* Support trainee and junior case managers when required
About You
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in remortgage case management
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused
* Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
